These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the printed.ly webshop (www.aukai.printed.ly). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

2. Products and Fulfillment
All products offered through aukai.printed.ly are made to order and fulfilled by our partner Printful.com. Each item is custom-produced based on the customer’s specifications at the time of purchase.
3. Order Processing and Shipping
Once an order is placed, it is sent to production. Production time is typically 2–7 business days. Shipping times vary by destination but are generally 2–14 business days after production.
Please ensure your address details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods provided at checkout.
5. Custom Product Policy (No Exchanges or Standard Returns)
All products sold via aukai.printed.ly are custom-made to order. Therefore, under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal (right to cancel within 14 days) does not apply once production has started.
Please carefully review sizing charts and product details before ordering.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you may request a free replacement or refund. To report an issue:
- Contact us at support@printed.ly
- Do so within 14 days of receiving the item
- Include a clear description and photo(s) of the problem
aukai.printed.ly complies with the EU legal warranty period of 2 years for defects in materials or workmanship.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, content, and branding on aukai.printed.ly are the intellectual property of DHC or its licensors. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy Policy
aukai.printed.ly collects only the personal data necessary to process and deliver your order.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless otherwise required under EU consumer law.
10. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Under EU law, consumers normally have the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply to products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, per Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Since all aukai.printed.ly products are custom-made, the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started. This does not affect your statutory rights in case of defective goods (see Section 6).

This form is provided in accordance with EU law. It is not applicable to aukai.printed.ly custom orders once production has begun.
