Your order is specially made for you in a production centre closest to your location. Production time is typically 2–7 business days. Shipping times vary by destination but are generally 2–14 business days after production.
Only if you’re in the EU zone and your order total is above €80. For other situations, free shipping is not really feasible as we try to maintain fair prices and pay a normal fee to associated artists.
All products sold via aukai.printed.ly are custom-made to order. Therefore, you can not exchange or return things once production has started. You can read more about this in our Terms and Conditions. Of course, when a product is defective, you can request a refund or a replacement product.

Currently not. We may add customisation to our webshop in the future, but at the moment we only offer a carefully curated and growing collection of prints. Let us know if you want us to speed things up.
